He made his will July 6, 1742, giving the improvement of his house and land to his wife Sarah during the minority of his son, Isaac, after which Isaac should occupy one half until her decease, when an equal division of what had been his home lands, including 70 acres priviously given to his son Samuel, should be made to the two sons. He also mentioned his three daughters, all then living and married. Sarah and Samuel were made executors, and presented their account Sept. 1743.
