  Source: Research provided by: Martin Koepple, Panoramastr. 31, D-73207 Plochingen, Germany ?Im Jahre eintausend achthundert sechzehn den 28ten Julius nachmittags um 3 Uhr ist in Oetigheim geboren ein Töchterlein des Johann Georg Speck, Bürger und Gerichtsmanns, und der Anna Maria Kohn, rechtmäßige Eheleute; das Kind wurde am nächsten Tag getauft, erhielt den Namen Theresia; die Patin war Katharina Welz, Ehefrau des Joseph Welz, Bürgers und Gerichtsmanns dahier; die Zeugen waren Anton Vogel, Webermeister, und Joseph Krebs, Schreinermeister, beide Bürger in Oetigheim.? In the year 1816 on 28 July in the afternoon at 3 o?clock was born in Oetigheim a girl to Johann Georg Speck, citizen and member of the court, and Anna Maria Kohn, a legal couple; and the child was baptized the next day and was given the name Theresia; the godmother was Katharina Welz, wife of Joseph Welz, citizen and member of the court here; witnesses were Anton Vogel master weaver, and Joseph Krebs, master joiner, both citizen in Oetigheim.
